Job summary

Burson, a leading Australian trade supplier, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Innisfail branch. The role involves hands-on leadership of daily operations, driving sales, and motivating staff to excel.

You will help connect customers with parts, create a friendly, high-service environment, and uphold company standards. You will support the Store Manager, participate in inventory management, and contribute to OH&S compliance while fostering teamwork and growth within a close-knit

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment.
• Ideally experience in the automotive parts sector (or related sectors).
• Ability to engage with and motivate team members.
• Customer focused with strong time management abilities and attention to detail.
• OH&S experience, with sound administrative skills and solid computer literacy.

Key Responsibilities
