Job summary

Burson Sunshine branch is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (2IC) to support the Store Manager in driving daily operations, sales outcomes and customer service excellence. You will lead from the front, coach a high-performing team and deliver an outstanding customer experience across trade, workshop and retail channels.

You’ll thrive in a busy, team-driven environment, with opportunities to grow within the Burson group and develop your leadership capabilities while upholding safety and store

Qualifications

• An ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment.
• Ideally experience in the automotive parts sector (or related sectors).
• The ability to engage with, and motivate team members.
• Customer focused with strong time management abilities & attention to detail.
• OH & S experience, with sound administrative skills and solid computer literacy.
• Current full drivers license.

• Providing expert advice and assistance to trade, workshop, and retail customers on automotive parts and products.
• Delivering outstanding customer service while building strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Supporting sales growth and branch performance outcomes.
• Assisting with inventory management and stock control processes.
• Maintaining high store presentation standards and ensuring compliance with company policies and workplace health and safety requirements.
• Supporting the Store Manager in the daily operation of the branch.
• Leading, coaching, and motivating team members to achieve their best.
