Burson, part of the Bapcor Group, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead day-to-day store operations, drive sales, and motivate the team to perform at their best. You will be hands-on, engaging with trade and retail customers and building a high-performing store team across automotive parts.

In this role you’ll manage customer service, inventory control, store standards, and OH&S compliance, while supporting the Store Manager and developing staff.

Competenze

• An ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment.
• Ideally experience in the automotive parts sector (or related sectors).
• The ability to engage with, and motivate team members; client-driven with strong time management abilities and attention to detail.
• OH&S experience, with sound administrative skills and solid computer literacy.
• Current full driver’s license.

We’re on the lookout for a motivated Assistant Store Manager (2IC) to support our Manunda branch. At Burson, you’re never just a number—you’ll be part of a supportive, close‑knit team working together to connect our people, our customers, and our business every single day.

Key Responsibilities
