Job summary

Burson is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our Abbotsford branch. You will drive sales, motivate the team, and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced automotive parts environment.

You will support the Store Manager, manage inventory, and uphold safety and store standards while building a cohesive, high-performing team. This role offers a clear path to store leadership within Burson.

Qualifications

• An ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment.
• Ideally experience in the automotive parts sector.
• The ability to engage with, and motivate team members.
• OH&S experience with sound administrative skills and computer literacy.
• Current full drivers license.

• Handling automotive parts queries from trade and retail/DIY customers
