Job summary

Burson is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (2IC) for the Wynnum branch, Brisbane. You will lead day‑to‑day operations, drive sales, and inspire your team to perform at their best in a fast-paced automotive parts environment.

You’ll support inventory control, uphold store standards, and coach staff to deliver outstanding customer service and retention. A hands‑on leader who thrives in a diverse team will excel in this role.

Qualifications

• An ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment.
• Ideally experience in the automotive parts sector (or related sectors).
• The ability to engage with, and motivate team members.
• Client-driven with strong time management abilities & attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handling automotive parts queries from trade and retail/DIY customers
• Provide a high level of customer service with an emphasis on customer retention & development
• Assisting with inventory control
• Maintaining store standards and adhere to company policies, procedures and OH&S compliance
