Eccomi in Norwood, SA is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead day-to-day operations and develop the business. This full-time role supports the management team in delivering exceptional service, maintaining standards, and creating a welcoming environment for guests.

You will oversee front-of-house and kitchen coordination, manage staff scheduling and training, monitor inventory, and ensure health, safety, and hygiene compliance while driving cost efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Experience in a management or supervisory role within hospitality or food & beverage.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations (FOH and kitchen).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to lead and motivate a team.
• Understanding of health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic financial acumen.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, public holidays.
• Understanding of wines, cocktails and bar operations.
• Passion for Italian cuisine and hospitality.
