Job summary

Hungry Jack's is looking for a Restaurant Leadership Team member who will partner with the Restaurant Manager to drive guest-obsessed service and people-powered performance across service and production areas.

You will lead a team, prioritise safety, and execute promotions while focusing on coaching, staff development, and merchandising to deliver exceptional guest experiences at Hungry Jack's.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager as part of the Restaurant Leadership Team (RLT), you will play a vital role in driving the success of your restaurant, bringing our values of “Guest Obsessed” and “People Power” to life. You will do this in the service and production areas of your restaurant, leading a team where: Guests are placed at the centre of the business. Teamwork is essential to deliver on our guests’ expectations. Employees are empowered and encouraged to do their best work.
