Marcellin College Randwick, a Catholic systemic secondary school, invites applications for an Assistant Leader of Learning TAS to inspire students through engaging, student-centered teaching in a Catholic learning environment. The role is a 1-point promotional position, temporary for up to 3 years, while teaching remains full-time and permanent.

You will bring TAS - Timber expertise, strong classroom management, and a commitment to inclusive, rigorous learning; a tertiary Education qualification

Qualifications

• Expertise in TAS - Timber is essential, with a willingness to train in Construction advantageous.
• Strong classroom management and student wellbeing focus.
• Ability to create inclusive, rigorous learning experiences.
• A tertiary qualification in Education and NESA accreditation.
• Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead.

Responsibilities

• Inspire students through engaging, student-centered TAS learning within a Catholic environment.
• Support a 1-point promotional role, temporary for up to 3 years, with full-time ongoing teaching duties.
• Collaborate with staff to promote student wellbeing and inclusive practice.
