Assistant in Nursing (AIN) / Casual/ MON-FRI

Family owned and family at heart, Hardi Aged Care owns six residential aged care homes across Greater Sydney and is committed to enhancing the quality of life for every resident in our care.

The role

Hardi Penrith is looking for an AINs with experience caring for an elderly person and good communication skills. A candidate with writing skills and computer skills. You will assist with delivering best practice clinical care and support that enhances the health and wellbeing of our residents. In addition, you will:

• Provide a wide range of personal care services and have proven clinical skills in assessments, observations, wound and continence management
• Practice a duty of care, and promote personal safety and risk management
• Adhere to policies and procedures regarding resident charting and documentation
• We have a Part time and Full PM shift available from Mon-Sun .

You love working with older people and understand how important the job of an AIN really is. You genuinely care about making a difference and ideally, will possess the following:

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

• Hold Australian full working rights, as well as a valid police check
