Job summary

Xpress Health is seeking compassionate Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to support residential aged care facilities across the Bowral Region, Southern Highlands, NSW, and surrounding areas. This casual role offers flexible shifts, competitive pay, and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of elderly residents.

You will work alongside Registered Nurses and care teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care, supporting residents with daily activities and documenting care needs.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Ageing Support or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in residential aged care preferred.
• Current First Aid and CPR.
• National Police Check.
• Working rights in Australia.
• Caring, professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and mobility.
• Provide mealtime assistance and document care.
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses and care teams to ensure resident safety and dignity.

Xpress Health is currently seeking compassionate and reliable Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to support residential aged care facilities across the Bowral Region, Southern Highlands, NSW, and surrounding areas.

About the Role

You will be providing high-quality, person-centred care within residential aged care facilities. Your responsibilities may include assisting residents with personal care, mobility support, mealtime assistance, documenting care, and working alongside Registered Nurses and care teams to ensure residents feel safe, respected, and valued.

What We Are Looking For

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience working in residential aged care facilities (preferred)
• Current First Aid and CPR
• Up-to-date National Police Check
• Working rights in Australia and must be living in Australia
• A caring, professional, and reliable attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
