About the role
This is an opportunity for an experienced Assistant In Nursing with acute nursing experience and qualification to work in an innovative and progressive rural health service.
You’ll havestrong communication, empathy and customer service skills while you assist patients with their daily routines, such as showering, toileting, dressing, eating, communication, mobility, medication and exercise.
You’ll keenly observe those in your care, keep accurate electronic patient records and assist in the planning of daily routines and ongoing care.
Working closely to assist the registered nurse, you’ll work independently on tasks delegated, collaborate well within a multidisciplinary team and manage a varied workload with competing priorities.
