SA Health in Adelaide is seeking an Assistant Human Resources Business Partner to partner with leaders on workforce strategies across recruitment, performance, classification, governance and compliance. You will build trusted relationships and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Key duties include providing HR advice, preparing complex briefings and reports, and supporting remuneration processes. You will also help design internal training and undertake HR research projects to improve

Qualifications

• Experience delivering HR services in a diverse organisation.
• Experience in HR administration and recruitment matters.
• Experience providing advisory and consultancy services to managers and employees on HR matters.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills enabling effective working relationships.
• Strong customer service standard in general workforce advising.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely HR advice to managers and staff.
• Assist with the preparation of complex briefings, letters, and reports.
• Assist in preparing documentation for recruitment, classification management, performance management and remuneration processes.
• Assist in designing and implementing internal training programs.
• Undertake minor research activities and projects into a range of HR practices.
