Job summary

Adecco is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our Sydney team and partner with leaders across our recruitment business. You will deliver practical HR advice, coach leaders, navigate complex people matters and help build an engaged, high-performing workforce.

In this role you will develop relationships with leaders and employees, balancing hands-on HR support with strategic partnering to align people decisions with business objectives in a commercial, fast-moving

Qualifications

• Experience as HRBP or equivalent in a fast paced environment.
• Experience in agency recruitment, staffing or professional services.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Coaching and influencing leaders to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive, commercially focused HR advice to senior leaders.
• Coach leaders on performance management and development.
• Manage employee relations, performance concerns and investigations.
• Advise on Australian employment legislation, HR policies and best practice.
• Support workforce planning, talent management and retention initiatives.
• Partner with leaders through organizational change and transformation.
• Support performance, remuneration and talent processes.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen engagement, wellbeing and culture.
• Use data and insights to inform decisions and drive improvements.
• Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure an exceptional employee experience across the lifecycle.
