Qualifications

• Experience in hotel housekeeping in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage rosters and reports.

Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Housekeeper in managing daily housekeeping operations.
• Coordinate rosters to meet staffing needs and productivity targets.
• Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, back-of-house and public areas.
• Supervise, train and support Room Attendants and Housemen.
• Maintain clean, organised pantries and secure storage areas.
• Conduct weekly equipment inspections and monthly stocktakes.
• Assist with budgets, monitor costs and address overspending.
• Prepare daily operational reports, client handovers, billing and forecasts.
• Ensure timesheets are accurate, signed and submitted on time.
• Assist with recruitment, induction and performance management in consultation with HR.
