Job summary

This hands-on role requires a sharp eye for detail, strong communication, and the ability to work across shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to keep our guests’ stays

Qualifications

• Sharp eye for detail and leadership experience in Housekeeping.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills, along with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Ability to think on your feet to keep operations running smoothly.
• High standard of personal grooming and a polished appearance.
• Willingness to lead and work alongside the team to ensure success.
• Reliable transportation and availability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate housekeeping team daily activities, ensuring a smooth workflow
• Foster team motivation and growth by providing guidance and training to enhance their skills
• Maintain high cleanliness and productivity standards, aligning with company guidelines to enhance guest experiences
• Efficiently allocate rooms for team members during shifts to maintain an even workload distribution
• Ensure safety standards are met, monitoring labour costs and conducting daily room inspections for quality assurance
