Hilton Melbourne Little Queen Street is seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper to lead a high-performing housekeeping team and ensure spaces meet Hilton's exacting standards.

This hands-on leadership role covers daily operations, quality inspections, inventory control, payroll and cost management, and collaboration with Front Office and Engineering to deliver a seamless guest experience.

• Hands-on leader who operates actively in daily hotel operations.

• Lead and motivate a diverse housekeeping team to deliver exceptional cleanliness and service standards.
• Support day-to-day housekeeping operations and maintain guest rooms and public areas to high standards.
• Perform regular quality inspections and drive continuous improvement across the department.
• Coordinate daily team briefings, allocate workload, and support rostering and productivity.
• Oversee housekeeping inventory and ordering to ensure supplies and amenities are available.
