Responsibilities

• Prepare morning reports showing occupied, vacant, check-outs and out of order rooms.
• Assist Head of Department with productivity, motivation and development of all team.
• Coordinate shift activities to follow procedures and complete daily tasks.
• Conduct daily departmental meetings to brief the team.
• Provide complete handovers between shifts and assist in rostering within budget.
• Organise housekeeping rosters and ensure optimum staffing within guidelines.
• Ensure safety and compliance with WHS standards and inventory control.
• Liaise with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure smooth room turnover.
• Perform regular checks to maintain cleaning standards across the property.
