You will manage daily operations, supervise payroll and labour costs, and collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest journey in a luxury hospitality environment.

• Support day-to-day housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet high standards.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and drive continuous improvement across the department.
• Coordinate daily team briefings, allocate workloads, and support productivity and roster management.
• Own housekeeping inventory and ordering to ensure supplies, linen, and amenities needed for guests.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Assist with team development, coaching, payroll administration, and labour cost management.
