Seek is seeking a seasoned Household Manager for a private estate in Melbourne, overseeing daily operations, leading the housekeeping team, and coordinating with principals.

You will manage contractors and suppliers, plan entertaining events, handle household administration and purchasing, and travel between properties as needed.

Ideal candidates bring experience in private service or luxury hospitality, strong planning, and a current driver’s licence; WWCC and NPC or willingness to obtain.

• Proven experience in private service, estate management, yachting or luxury hospitality
• You communicate clearly and early, and you plan ahead
• Organised and comfortable working with systems and processes
• Comfortable with technology and quick to pick up new tools
• You enjoy entertaining and bring polish to events, big or small
• Ready to step up into a management role
• Flexible with hours when needed, such as an occasional evening event or weekend day and travel between properties
• Current driver's licence
• Current Working with Children Check and National Police Check, or willing to obtain both
