M/Y Kaycee on the Gold Coast is seeking a professional Housekeeper to maintain a private residence to a high standard and support owners and household. The role involves active collaboration with the House Manager and Chef to prioritise daily tasks, general housekeeping, laundry, wardrobe organization, and assisting with food and beverage service.

You will be responsible for preparing bedrooms, hosting private functions, shopping for supplies, running errands, and liaising with tradespeople.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a private household environment.
• Excellent housekeeping, laundry and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Professional, discreet and trustworthy manner.
• Ability to work independently and anticipate owners' needs.
• Current driver's license and references from previous employers.

We are seeking a professional and reliable Housekeeper to help maintain a private residence to a high standard and provide support to the owners and household. The household consists of two adults with no children or pets living there.

Key responsibilities

Work with the House Manager and Chef on priorities for that day/week

General housekeeping and maintaining all areas to a high standard

Laundry, ironing and wardrobe organization

Preparing bedrooms and guest areas

Assisting with food and beverage service

Setting tables and assisting with private functions or events

Shopping, provisioning and managing household supplies

Running errands and assisting with day-to-day household requirements

Liaising with tradespeople, contractors and service providers when required

Assisting with travel preparation, packing and unpacking

About you

Located on the Gold Coast or will to commute from Brisbane

Previous experience in a private household environment

Excellent housekeeping, laundry and presentation skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

A professional, discreet and trustworthy manner

The ability to work independently and anticipate the owners' needs

A current driver's license

References from previous employers

Willing to travel and stay at other properties they own

Work days, Hours and Pay

The working week will be Sunday to Thursday (Friday and Saturday off)

The normal working hours will be 7:30am to 3:30pm

The pay is $40 per hour, plus super and annual leave. This is around $79,040.00 per year before pay for extra hours worked.
