Job summary

Blank Street is seeking a hospitality-first operator ready to grow into a General Manager. You will lead shifts, coach the team in real time, and uphold the highest standards as you learn the full store leadership through hands-on exposure to people leadership, operational rhythm, and commercial decision-making.

• Experience leading shifts in high-volume stores.
• Strong standards mindset with comfort giving clear, kind feedback.
• Ability to stay calm and organised under pressure, and to bring others into "flow state".

Responsibilities

• Own and uphold hospitality standards on shift, ensuring every drink and service meets high quality.
• Coach and develop Baristas and Shift Leads through real-time feedback and training.
• Assist in labour planning, inventory discipline, and driving store-level commercial results.
• Spot inefficiencies and drive practical improvements with GM/OM alignment.
