Job summary

Opal HealthCare in Box Hill is seeking an emerging leader for the role of Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager and guide our care team. You will help lead multiple teams, shape culture, and support residents and families.

Working with the General Manager, you’ll focus on engagement, performance, workforce planning, and ensuring quality and compliance while driving occupancy and service excellence in a prominent Melbourne community.

About the Role

We are looking for an emerging leader to step into the role of Assistant General Managerand partner with our General Manager to lead, inspire and support our dedicated care team.
