Job summary

Ovolo Hotels is seeking an energetic and experienced Assistant Front Office Manager | Pre-Opening to lead the Front Office during our hotel's pre-opening phase and beyond. You'll be hands-on, visible on the floor, and responsible for setting service standards and staff readiness.

You’ll train and develop the team, map the guest journey, collaborate across departments, drive upsell opportunities, and ensure seamless, personable experiences from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Front Office leadership role in hospitality.
• Ability to train and develop a diverse team for pre-opening operations.
• Strong guest interaction skills and service standards implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Front Office during pre-opening and beyond, setting service standards.
• Train, mentor and develop the Front Office team for readiness and performance.
• Map guest journeys, ensure seamless experiences, and drive upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate across Front Office, Reservations, Housekeeping, Maintenance and F&B.
• Lead on shift, coach staff, and maintain a high-energy, guest-first culture.
