Job summary

Sanctuary Lakes Golf Club in Point Cook, Victoria is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to lead FOH operations across bar, restaurant and functions. You will supervise service, coordinate staff rosters, and ensure exceptional guest experiences for members, guests and corporate events.

Training and support are provided; energy, professionalism and a passion for hospitality are essential for success in this bustling, member-focused venue.

Qualifications

• Availability to work Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
• 3+ years hospitality experience with supervisory experience preferred.
• Rostering experience and ability to coordinate team schedules.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proactive approach to service and problem solving.
• Excellent presentation and confidence engaging with members and guests.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Current Victorian RSA certificate.

Located just 25km west of Melbourne’s CBD within the purpose-built Sanctuary Lakes estate in Point Cook, the Club is continuing to grow and is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our hospitality team.

This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who enjoys leading a team while delivering exceptional service across bar, restaurant, and function operations. The successful candidate will support the management team in supervising service periods, coordinating staff, and ensuring a high standard of guest experience for members, guests, and corporate events.
