Aruma is seeking an Assistant Financial Accountant for a 6-month fixed-term contract with a hybrid work arrangement: two days in the office and three days from home. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Assistant Financial Accountant plays a key role in supporting the financial reporting obligations of Aruma's legal entities. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, including government agencies, auditors, and the Australian Taxation Office (ATO), you will help establish and maintain robust financial processes that ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency.
In this role, you will contribute to the timely preparation of statutory, financial, and management reporting, while supporting month-end and year-end activities across the organisation. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, maintain strong financial controls, and ensure financial information is delivered accurately and on time to support informed decision-making and the ongoing success of the Aruma Group.
