CBRE Brisbane is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to join our team, delivering essential facilities services across premium commercial assets in the city. This hands-on role supports site operations, safety, and contractor management while you develop FM skills with full training and mentoring provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in facilities or trade background will be highly regarded.
• Demonstrated customer service experience and a positive approach.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated initiative with the ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and build relationships with clients and tenants.
• Site operations including contractor management, work requests and troubleshooting building issues.
• Oversee health, safety and environmental aspects of FM delivery and complete site safety inspections.
• Manage contractors to deliver cost-effective repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and engage tenants.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Facilities Manager to join our team, working across a portfolio of commercial assets in the heart of the city. In this varied and hands on role, you will deliver essential facilities services, ensuring the efficient operation and high quality working environments of our client tenancies.

• Provide superior customer service and build strong relationships with our client and tenants
