Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities Management, Building Operations or Property Operations.
• Solid understanding of industrial building services including fire, mechanical, hydraulic and essential services.
• Strong contractor management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience managing multiple sites and competing priorities.
• Experience with Yardi or Rapid Global FM platforms (preferred).
• Hold a current driver's licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Managing essential building services including fire, mechanical, hydraulic, security and landscaping contractors.
• Driving contractor performance, compliance and service excellence across the portfolio.
• Conducting regular property inspections and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Managing operating expenditure budgets and delivering cost-effective maintenance outcomes.
• Coordinating reactive maintenance and minor works projects.
• Work from home opportunities when not attending sites, client meetings, or team collaboration days.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of premium industrial assets across Brisbane's south-west suburbs.

• Managing essential building services including fire, mechanical, hydraulic, security and landscaping contractors
• Driving contractor performance, compliance and service excellence across the portfolio
