Department of Corporate and Digital Development in Australia is recruiting for multiple SAO1 roles within Workforce Development. As an Assistant Director in Workforce Strategy, you will lead a small team delivering enterprise workforce planning and workforce development solutions to build capability and sustain the public sector workforce.

• Strong strategic thinking, analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship management capability.
• Experience leading complex workforce initiatives, programs and organisational change projects.
• Excellent written communication, executive briefing and reporting skills.
• Ability to influence outcomes and work effectively across multiple agencies, senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in workforce planning, workforce development and team leadership.
• Proven ability to develop and implement workforce strategies that address capability, capacity and workforce sustainability challenges.
