Primary Objective: Lead and oversee strategic workforce planning, governance and continuous improvement initiatives across Student Wellbeing and Inclusion Programs and Services to strengthen workforce sustainability, capability and performance. Provide strategic leadership in workforce analysis, planning and reporting to inform attraction, recruitment, retention and capability development strategies, ensuring a skilled, multidisciplinary and future-ready workforce that supports effective service delivery and improved educational outcomes of students.
