Primary Objective: The Assistant Director Business Strategy is responsible for coordinating and supporting the delivery of Student Wellbeing and Inclusion Programs and Services business functions, including strategic budget planning, financial management and coordination, governance, risk management, performance reporting, and the operating model. The position provides specialist advice and project management expertise to support organisational change management and the delivery of service and business improvement initiatives across SWIPS, using evidence and stakeholder feedback to inform priorities and improve service delivery outcomes.
