Goodstart Tweed Heads is seeking an Assistant Director to lead the centre alongside the Centre Director, driving high-quality early learning and care. You will mentor staff, support daily operations, and ensure a positive learning environment for children and families.

As part of Australia’s largest early learning Not-for-Profit, you’ll engage with communities, uphold child safety, and contribute to continuous improvement while preparing for ongoing educator opportunities beyond the initial term.

Role: Assistant Director

Location: Tweed Heads, NSW

Employment Type: Full Time / Fixed Term (until April 2027)

Pay: $46.76 - $47.78 per hour + super

As the Assistant Director at Goodstart Tweed Heads, you'll leverage your expertise and leadership to inspire and motivate your centre team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations. Collaborate with our dedicated leadership team, forge respectful and reciprocal relationships with families, and actively engage with the local community networks.

In this role, you will:
