Goodstart Tweed Heads is seeking an experienced educator ready to take a leadership role. You will support the Centre Director, mentor the team, and drive high-quality early learning and care.

The role offers ongoing development within Australia’s largest not-for-profit early learning provider. As Assistant Director, you’ll lead with the Centre Director’s guidance, build team capability, and manage centre operations in their absence while upholding the Goodstart Practice Guide and strong

As the Assistant Director at Goodstart Tweed Heads, you'll leverage your expertise and leadership to inspire and motivate your centre team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations. Collaborate with our dedicated leadership team, forge respectful and reciprocal relationships with families, and actively engage with the local community networks.

In this role, you will:
