Job summary

Goodstart Woodbury Park in Mardi (Central Coast) is seeking an Assistant Director to help lead the centre, support the Centre Director, and nurture a motivated team delivering high-quality early learning and care.

You will play a key role in mentoring staff, ensuring safe, engaging programs and growth opportunities while upholding the Goodstart standards and community partnerships.

About Goodstart Woodbury Park

Located in Mardi on the Central Coast, Goodstart Woodbury Park is conveniently situated opposite Westfield Tuggerah. Our centre provides quality early learning and care for children aged six weeks to six years across three purposefully designed learning environments.

We are passionate about natural, child-led learning, with a strong focus on loose parts, sustainability and outdoor exploration. Our large outdoor spaces feature vegetable gardens, real grass, established trees and a range of animals, including chickens and guinea pigs.
