Goodstart Early Learning in Traralgon is seeking an experienced Assistant Director to lead and inspire the centre team, driving continuous improvement across operations.

You will collaborate with our leadership team, engage with families and local networks, and support the Centre Director in providing high-quality early learning and care. This role offers leadership development and a strong community focus.

Diploma - Children’s Services or equiv

Pay: $44.39 – $45.84 per hour, based on experience

• Use your experience in early learning and work alongside our Centre Director to support our centre and team
