Job summary

C&K Hughenden Community Childcare Centre is hiring an Assistant Director to support the Centre Director in daily operations and ensure smooth centre management. You will cover opening or closing shifts, step in during non-contact times, and mentor Group Leaders, helping children learn, explore and grow in a safe, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be Diploma in Early Childhood qualified.
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
• Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
• Current Police Check current
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guide.
• Completion of Foundations of Child Safety training (Geccko)
