Job summary

C&K Newmarket is hiring an Assistant Director to support Ellie and the team in delivering high-quality early childhood education. You will lead daily operations, mentor educators, and build strong relationships with families to create nurturing environments where children can thrive.

This permanent full-time role offers an 8-hour day schedule, Monday to Friday, with a Monthly RDO and a competitive hourly rate of $40.90–$42.23 plus super.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence study.
• National Child Safety Training – Foundation Certificate.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Blue Card or Exemption Card.
• Police Check current within three months or willingness to obtain one.

As Assistant Director, you'll play a key leadership role in the day-to-day operations of the centre, supporting quality educational programs, mentoring educators, building strong relationships with families, and helping to foster a positive team culture. • A valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
• A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
