Job summary

C&K Peregian Springs Community Kindergarten on the Sunshine Coast, QLD, seeks a Director/Teacher to lead a safe, engaging learning environment for children, families and the community. You’ll contribute ideas, passion and experience to shape a culture where everyone belongs, grows and thrives.

The role is permanent part-time, 7.30–3.30pm Thursday–Friday with alternate Wednesdays, offering a competitive hourly wage ($37.51–$59.87) plus Director’s allowance and superannuation, holidays aligned to

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved Bachelor's Degree of Early Childhood Education.
• National Police Check and Blue Card (or Exemption).
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications.

What you’ll bring

We strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:

• An ACECQA approved Bachelor's Degree of Early Childhood Education or equivalent
• Completion of the National Child Safety Training – Foundation Certificate
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
• Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
• Current Police Check
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guide.
