Goodstart Robertson in Brisbane, QLD, is seeking an experienced Assistant Director to lead a diverse, multilingual team and uphold high-quality early learning and care. You will coach staff, step in for the Centre Director when needed, and collaborate with a dedicated leadership group to drive improvements across the centre.

The role emphasizes family engagement, community connections, and consistent, culturally aware educational practice within a Not-for-Profit organisation.

• Leadership experience in an early learning setting.
• Ability to mentor and develop centre teams.
• Experience supporting centre operations and quality care.

Pay: $44.39 - $45.84 per hour, based on experience

As the Assistant Director at Goodstart Robertson, you'll leverage your expertise and leadership to inspire and motivate your centre team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations. Collaborate with our dedicated leadership team, forge respectful and reciprocal relationships with families, and actively engage with the local community networks.

In this role, you will:
