Goodstart Goodna is seeking an experienced Assistant Director to lead the centre in the Centre Director's absence, inspiring the team and ensuring high-quality early learning and care. You will partner with families and the leadership group to drive continuous improvement and community engagement.

The role offers leadership development within Australia’s largest early learning Not-for-Profit, with a strong focus on staff growth, wellbeing, and community impact.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education approved by ACECQA.
• Previous experience as Assistant Director or in a centre leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current QLD Working with Children Check.
• Certificates of Completion for National Child Safety Foundation Training and Advanced Child Safety Training completed via Geccko platform.

Pay:$44.39ph - $45.84ph + super + benefits

As the Assistant Director at Goodstart , you'll leverage your expertise and leadership to inspire and motivate your centre team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations. Collaborate with our dedicated leadership team, forge respectful and reciprocal relationships with families, and actively engage with the local community networks.

In This Role, You Will

You’ll Need

• A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (as approved by ACECQA)
• Previous experience as an Assistant Director or in a centre leadership positionor similar
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current QLD Working with Children Check
• Certificates of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training AND Advanced Child Safety Training , completed via Geccko platform
