Job summary

Mirvac Group in Sydney is seeking two Assistant Development Managers to join the Masterplanned Communities Development team, supporting Everdene, Mulgoa and Kinlea. You will collaborate with Development Managers to contribute to project delivery and grow your development capabilities.

You will assist with feasibility analysis, budgeting, programs and reporting while building strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in property development.
• Tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
• Solid commercial, financial and legal acumen.
• Strong understanding of development principles and processes.
• Good project management and MS Office skills.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Sound decision-making, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Proactive approach with attention to detail and desire to grow development expertise.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of development projects against strategies, targets, budgets and outcomes.
• Assist with development feasibilities, budgets, programmes, reporting and documentation.
• Undertake project research, planning and preparation to support informed decisions.
• Assist with development applications, approvals and other project documentation.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders and partners.
• Support stakeholder management planning and engagement across the lifecycle.
• Maintain understanding of market conditions, risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate across Mirvac teams to support project objectives.
• Contribute to Mirvac's sustainability, safety, risk and compliance objectives.
• Take ownership of your professional development within the development industry.
