Job summary

Frasers Property Australia is seeking an Assistant Development Manager in Queensland to drive value across multi-generational master-planned communities from concept through to settlements. You will partner with Development Managers and Directors, monitor budgets, manage contractor relationships, and support design and feasibility analyses to optimise margins.

Ideal candidates bring experience in property development, strong financial acumen, and collaborative, proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Experience in property development, preferably residential land, civil works or masterplanned communities.
• Experience with cost control, project forecasting, and commercial administration.
• Tertiary qualification in Property, Construction Management, Business, Development, Economics, or related built-environment field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed project reports, forecasts, and quarterly development reports.
• Monitor planning, development, and construction costs against budgets to optimise margins.
• Coordinate with authorities, contractors, consultants and joint venture partners.
• Assist masterplanning and design development to deliver cost-effective, liveable neighbourhoods.
