Job summary

Stockland is seeking an Assistant Development Manager to support apartment-led mixed-use project delivery and to drive strong financial outcomes and vibrant communities.

You will collaborate across Development, Finance, Marketing and Sales to ensure milestones are met, budgets are managed, and stakeholder engagement delivers value for communities and Stockland’s reputation.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years' experience in property development or related field.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Property, Development or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Understanding of property markets and economics, project delivery, budgeting, procurement and contract administration
  • Capabilities in operating financial software
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and contribute to commercial project outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Support the development team in scoping, designing and delivering profitable projects.
  • Assist in managing schedules, budgets, invoicing, procurement and stakeholder engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with Development, Finance, Marketing and Sales to deliver high-quality community outcomes.

We're Looking For

An Assistant Development Manager to support the delivery of apartments-led mixed-use projects, contributing to strong financial outcomes and vibrant community creation.

What You'll Do
  • Support the wider development team in scoping, designing and delivering projects aligned to business strategy and profitability targets.
  • Assist in managing project schedules, budgets and invoicing, procurement and stakeholder engagement to ensure key milestones and financial outcomes are achieved.
  • Work collaboratively across internal teams including Development, Finance, Marketing and Sales to deliver high-quality community outcomes.
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction, stakeholder relationships, and continuous improvement initiatives across projects.
