Job summary

Pinnacle Places is seeking a proactive Assistant Development Manager to join a small, motivated team delivering a large master-planned community in Western Sydney. You will assist across planning, approvals, design, tendering, construction, sales and estate management, coordinating consultants and maintaining project documentation.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in a property-related discipline.
• Understanding of the property development process and interest in career growth in development.
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Project and Estatemaster.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project teams, consultants and contractors to support project delivery.
• Assist with Development Applications and authority approvals, track milestones and monitor conditions.
• Support design development and tender processes, including documentation and tender packages.
• Assist during construction by maintaining project registers and tracking progress.
• Build relationships with consultants, contractors, authorities and external stakeholders.
• Support accurate cost and progress reporting and maintain project records.
