Job summary

ENOSHCP in Sydney seeks an Assistant Coordinator/2iC/Educational Leader to help lead our OSHC service across Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care. You’ll work with the Director and Senior Team to lead programming, reflection and evaluation, guiding educators and shaping meaningful experiences for children.

You will support daily service operations, build strong relationships with children and families, and contribute to quality improvement, compliance, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Experience in OSHC or childcare, with two or more years highly regarded.
• Leadership and mentoring of educators.
• Initiative, reliability and strong organisational skills.
• Clear, positive communication with children and adults.
• Commitment to learning and developing leadership practice.
• Current Working With Children Check.
• Commitment to child safety and appropriate professional boundaries.
• Sound knowledge of the NQF.

You’re someone who enjoys working with primary school aged children, connects easily with others and is ready to contribute to a leadership team.
