Qualifications

Lead day-to-day accounting and month-end close processes (U.S. & Canada).
Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and corporate policies.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.

What You’ll Do

Lead day-to-day accounting and month-end close processes (U.S. & Canada)
Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and corporate policies
Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
Support audits, SEC reporting, and tax compliance activities
Manage and mentor a team of 3–4 accounting professionals
Collaborate across departments to improve systems and processes

What You Bring

8–10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience
Bachelor’s in Accounting + CPA required (MBA is a plus)
Strong knowledge of GAAP; exposure to revenue, lease, and equity accounting a plus
Experience with enterprise financial systems (Workday preferred)
Advanced Excel + strong analytical and communication skills
Leadership mindset with a hands-on, solutions-driven approach
