Job summary

Milestones Early Learning Stretton, part of Affinity Education Group, seeks an enthusiastic Assistant Centre Manager to support a Centre Manager in delivering exceptional early education. You will mentor educators, build family partnerships and drive occupancy growth while maintaining high standards of safety and regulatory compliance.

You will lead with a positive, solutions-focused style and work closely with the local community to support quality outcomes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-equivalent.
• Experience leading or mentoring teams in an early childhood setting.
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standards.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the centre.
• Lead, coach and mentor educators to achieve high-quality outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with children, families and the community.
• Drive family engagement and occupancy growth initiatives.
• Support compliance with policies and National Regulations.
