First Grammar Bankstown Centre, part of G8 Education Ltd, is seeking a passionate Assistant Centre Manager to lead a 39-place service and uphold an outstanding learning environment for children aged 0–5 years. You will work within a qualified Early Childhood team, guided by EYLF and NQS.

Applicants should hold an ACECQA approved Diploma in Children’s Services or a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood), possess strong communication skills, and have a current Working with Children Check and

We are seeking a dedicated team member with the drive to build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for our children. Our Centre is well equipped with resources and programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework curriculum, including a specialised Kindergarten program.

About Us

Our children enjoy delightful indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with the latest age-appropriate technology and learning resources, and a range of activities. At capacity our centre caters for 39children with operating hours between 07:00 - 18:00

About You

• You will hold an ACECQA approvedDiploma in Children’s Services or a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)
• An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A current Working with Children Check
• First Aid certificate
