Job summary

Albion Park World of Learning is seeking a passionate Assistant Centre Manager to join our 66-place service, dedicated to building an outstanding learning environment for children aged 0-5. You’ll lead and support a team within a flexible, family‑friendly setting.

You will hold an ACECQA approved Diploma or a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood, with strong knowledge of EYLF/NQS, excellent communication, and current WWCC and First Aid. Join our network and grow with us.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved Diploma or B.Ed in Early Childhood is required.
• Understanding of EYLF and NQS is essential.
• Proven educator experience within an early childhood service (0-5 years).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate.

We are seeking a dedicated team member with the drive to build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for our children. Our Centre is well equipped with resources and programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework curriculum, including a specialised Kindergarten program.

About Us

Our children enjoy delightful indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with the latest age-appropriate technology and learning resources, and a range of activities. At capacity our centre caters for 66 children with operating hours between 7am - 6pm.

About You

• You will hold an ACECQA approvedDiploma in Children’s Services or a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)
• An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A current Working with Children Check
• First Aid certificate
