Job summary

First Grammar Hurstville Centre is seeking an experienced Certificate III or Diploma qualified Educator to join our team of Early Childhood professionals. You will be passionate about creating an outstanding learning environment for children aged 0-5 and be supported to excel in your Early Childhood career.

The centre offers flexible casual shifts, operating 7:00am to 6:00pm, opportunities for professional development via Wonder.LAB, and generous benefits within the G8 Education network.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services.
• Understanding of EYLF and NQS.
• Experience in an Early childhood service with 0–5 years.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Working with Children Check current.
• First Aid certificate.

About Us

Our children enjoy delightful indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with the latest age-appropriate technology and learning resources, and a range of activities.

At capacity our centre caters for up to 74 children with operating hours from 7:00am to 6:00pm.

About You

• Hold a minimum ACECQA approved Certificate III or Diploma Qualification in Children's Services


• An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)


• Proven sector experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• A current Working with Children Check


• First Aid certificate
