Job summary

Affinity Education Group, a leading Australian childcare provider, is seeking a Centre Manager for Little Beginnings at Kolodong in Nabiac, NSW. You will lead the service operations, inspire a team of educators, build strong relationships with families and the local community, and ensure high-quality learning and safety outcomes for children.

You will manage compliance, budgets, occupancy, and continuous improvement, while modelling an inclusive, supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Proven leadership experience in an early childhood setting.
• Strong understanding of compliance, quality, and operational requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and strong family relationships.
